talent vs appearance, skills vs tenure, and employee culture vs the employee experience.
I work with individuals, leadership and key stakeholders to identify practices that may hinder evolving the employee culture. I facilitate group or one on one training and change management plans to support the transition necessary to move organizations forward.
I originate from Flint, Michigan, currently residing in Texas. I spent most of my 22-year career in Corporate at a Fortune 100 company. I’ve led Communication, Training and Leadership development of an Ethics Program for 39K employees, managed a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) program for 6K employees, managed high performing teams to strategic imperatives, facilitated discussions and executed change management in programs such as Professional and Leadership development, Building Relationships, Culture and Diversity Business Groups.
